The 2021 Legislative Sessions with both the House & Senate Chambers opened on January 11, 2021.
Focus will be on Redistricting or redrawing the House, Senate and Congressional districts based on the Census.
Other important issues will likely be Medicaid expansion, abortion and school finance as well as State Revenue short-falls secondary to Covid-19.
2020 Legislative Actions:
On 2/15/2020 The Senate Enacted: "The Audiology & speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact".
The 2020 Legislative Session ended on 05/13/2020 with no additional bills introduced affecting our membership.
